Leaves are dying

Not sure if it's too much or not enough of something. Was hoping someone's keen eye here could point me in the right direction.
I'm using LED lights. Plant is in the Flowering stage (As you can see in the pic). Leaves started dropping off at the bottom about a week ago and now the leaves at the top have started to burn. Any help would be appreciated!

Would help the people here if you'd list:
-Medium you're growing in
-Nutrients you're feeding and how much/what schedule
-Details about your water
-What kind/power you LED light is.

To me this looks like nutrient burn not light burn...but I'm not very experience or knowledgeable.

Oh, sorry about that.
Medium is a mix of plain soil and clay balls.
Water is mixed with a "Daily use" fertilizer that is meant for flowering stage. Although I only water when she is getting dry. Some days it's next day. Others it can be three days. Depends on the temp and humidity in the tent. PH is always around 6.5.
Light is a flat LED panel that just plugs in.

My uneducated thought is you're just hitting 'em with too much fertilizer...The leaves are really dark, the stems are all purple and you've got burning on the tips and leaf sides. As far as I know that's just good ol' nutrient burn.

Give it a few days off from feeding then maybe half your schedule, try feed/water or feed water/water. Without knowing stuff like what the PPM of the solution is you'll have to feel it out.

I used this stuff, mixed for daily use on house plants, when it was in veg, then the flowering version now that it's in Flowering stage:

First off take a reading of your water to see where it is. Then mix up what you normally do, and take a reading. Depending upon what plants (photoperiod or autoflower) there's a few charts (do a quick search on google and you'll come across a few) that will tell you the ballpark EC/PPM you should be feeding in the stage your plants are in.

You can also use that new EC/PPM meter to check the runoff of the water to see how much stuff is built up in your soil, or do it as a slurry test. While not precise, it would tell you if you've got buildup in your soil.
