Need help, plants dont look happy.

This is my second grow, and things dont look as good as my first.
So, currently I have five plants, 2 are looking perfectly fine, but three have drooping leaves and slow growth.

The plants were under mf2000 at 60% so about 120w of led, today I added an sp150 wondering if there was too little light.
Temps steady at about 66°f at lights off and 72°f lights on.
Humdity typically between 50%-70%

Plants were recently transplanted from solo cups to 3 gallons and topped, but those three plants were having the same problem before transplant which is what prompted the transplant. At transplant one of my bags of ffof was soaking wet but i used it anyway. Until today there was no sign of leaf decoloration but now im noticing one plant has yellowing on the first set of leaves.
Sprout dates were Oct.14, 14, 14, 14, 20
All were transplanted and topped October 31 except the one which sprouted on the 20th

So, anyone have any guesses for whats causing my problems?

Droop is almost always caused by either a lack of moisture or way too much/ bad drainage. Adequate water and a round of compost tea should perk them right up.

And i thought it could be a bad drainage problem with the solo cups, i switched them to 3 gallon fabric pots, but the soil came soaked for some reason (like it was absurdly wet, more drenched than i would ever water them) so im not really sure how to solve that problem without repotting them again.

They’ll be OK, even #2.
Looks like the solo cup plug is pretty wet.
Just needs some time.
No nutes. Water the perimeter only when it gets dry.

Yes thats what i was going to do figured that was the best option, just wish my tent were a little warmer so itd dry quicker. Just wanted to make sure thats what everyome else thought was the problem, and see if there were any other helpful suggestions other than wait

There was no bad odor that i detected on opening, smelled like any other soil ive dealt with before, but theres no telling how long the soil was like that. It took nearly a week to be delivered and when it showed up even the box was half soaked and breaking apart from the water coming from the bag.

The massive algae growth on top of the medium is an indication they are staying too wet. Let them dry out before you water/feed again.

Get your temps up too, 72 is a bit low IMO. Cannabis is happier around high 70'2 to low 80's with LED lighting.

Almost impossible to overwater w/fabric containers. Just let it dry out for a few days but adding extra perlite next pot up wouldn’t hurt and neither would a round of compost tea.
