Explain again why an armed to the teeth Rittenhouse walked into a crowd of people protesting racist police violence where some looting and vandalism had occurred earlier? Seems fishy to me. Not that this proves his guilt but it adds to the case against him. That, and his flight from justice after he killed three people, one of whom he shot in the back. Oh and let's include the call he made to a friend instead of to 911 as was asked of him. That too could make one skeptical of his claims of innocence. These are objective facts. You can't deny they happened. Three damning facts. I wonder if the jury will use them when making their decision regarding guilt in these charges:Safari for what? Graffiti that he cleaned off the walls? It sounds like Rosenbaum was actually trying to commit suicide. He had tried to kill himself days earlier in a McDonalds parking lot and I’m thinking he was trying to finish the job
First-degree reckless homicide, use of a dangerous weapon
First-degree recklessly endangering safety, use of a dangerous weapon
First-degree intentional homicide, use of a dangerous weapon
Possession of a dangerous weapon by a person under 18
Failure to comply with an emergency order from state or local government
The last two charges are self evident. 6 months in prison, $200 fine. The judge could waive the punishments but he's guilty.
The first three are the ones where his behavior before and after the shootings will factor into a verdict of guilty. He did in fact act guilty. You have to admit that.
