They look ok, your plant could of done with more fan leaves, but its good to see your plants, why don't you pots the 3 small plants up, ones in the small pots at the front, as you say they will fill the pot with roots and grow a larger canopy even in mid flower?
When you defoliate your plants, the idea is to increase the light getting deep into the canopy, IMO you removed far too many fan leaves and this will have a big impacted on your crop size. look at all the light hitting the floor, the floors not going to use the light so its wasted.
You have something going on there, that needs to be fixed, edges look burnt but the green veins of the fan leave indicates magnesium deficiency, are your main shoots purple, is there any other signs of stress?
