i haven't smoked weed that I didn't grow in a long time and it's shit like this that makes me glad I haven't. to be honest I'm more worried about mold and pesticides than I am about anything else, but regardless I am glad I don't have to be on the receiving end of somebody's unscrupulous actions.

A bunch of people with no history of hard drug use OD'd and had to be revived with narcan-they were able to trace it to the weed they bought. That's just freaky and if it becomes common place, it means death for the black market.
I call bullshit on this story all the POPO depts put out warning this week across New england LOL at the worst this swag was imported in the same truck as the Fet there is zero profit lacing weed with Fet this garbage came right out of NYC, The BM is cranking all across the legal states Gee Wis i wonder why 250 ozs of mids at the store LOL

It may be 10 months old, even more relevant now. Talking global scale, not your tent or backyard grow.
Don't know about drugs like fentanyl but legal states require lab analysis for a variety of things in addition to THC and CBD. One of the first large growers in Alaska had a grow and retail operation. Very popular store located in a high traffic area but in a town that's so broke they've begged pot companies to move in. This guy was popular. Then lab analysis showed high levels of pesticides. Another load had fungus. All of a sudden this guy is Asshole #1. The state still hasn't acted and this was 3 years ago.

He's persona non grata in Alaska and the butt of many jokes. So he moved to the Lower 48. Last seen at Snoop's last birthday party.

It absolutely makes sense. Look what's been done to Tobacco by cigarette companies. Marijuana doesn't have any special protection because it's associated with peace, love, and hippies.
The Marijuana market is worth billions, maybe trillions around the world. People do fucked up shit for a lot less. Chemicals sprayed on Marijuana to increase addiction was gonna happen, it just happened in the black market first. If Marlboro can get away with everything in their Tobacco, what makes you think the pot business will be different? Money can make ANYTHING happen, all the more reason to grow your own.

Did you see that nasty warehouse full of weed they found in Oregon? Who would buy that trash? I bet that stuff is where those vape cartridges come from.
I worked for a licensed farm briefly and I’m not saying that some of the more “compromised” product (not saying aphids or problems at all) was definitely not not sent off to extract companies…
Moreso I’m curious to see that reporton the place in OR

This is not happening on any type of large scale. If you are in a market where this is happening, then sure, be careful.

This reminds me of the embalming fluid myths. Yeah, it took place, but not on any level to actually matter. Maybe I'm wrong.

I just think that video is fucking ridiculous.
