Hi! I've got a problem. My plant is in 5th week of veg. Leaves are droppy(looks like plant is sleeping) for first 8 hours after lights go on, than they back up for other 8. Growing very slowly. What could that be?? Vpd is perfect. Day temp 24c night temp 19c. Could that be a temp drop at night?
Thanks

Do you know what the light intensity is in ppfd? I've had a few plants that droooped out that first few hours of lights on and perked up a few hours before sleep. Dropped from 1100umol to 750umol and the issue went away. At 1100umol/18 hours, the DLI was just too much at 71, and did much better at 48.

Yes.. well more or less. I'm using an phone app (tent buddy) to measure ppfd. It was a bit high 620, so rased lights a bit. It's 560 now. Will see how she is gonna be tomorrow. Thanks

If the light is too strong, typically they will be perkiest after lights on because it takes some time to become light saturated. Plants usually droop due to strong light towards the end of a light cycle. Most likely, it's the cool temps at night. 19c is 66f, and I never let them get below 70 (I try to keep them at 75 F at night) for this very reason. Try warming them up and see if it helps!
