Yes I know. I was a member of the NorCal Cobra club and once trailered my Shelby Cobra to Laguna Seca for an open track session, however my car (427 SC CSX4795) would not pass the 90db sound limit and i was unable to run on the track. However I did get several laps in other Cobras that day...Laguna Seca was made for Shelby Cobras...

I was never "kicked out" though, so I was never trespassing. Nice try.
An officious clerk was rude, I backed the husky maiden down and in subsequent trips there other uninformed store clerks tried to enforce a nonexistent law, when they really meant a Governor's executive order about wearing masks. Except for me, I had a medical exemption and had to explain to the ignorant clerks where they were wrong. Did I enjoy that? Yes, very much.

I do stop at stop signs for at least a couple reasons. It seems like a polite and reasonable thing to do, safety etc.
The existence of a State neither makes stop signs a good idea or a bad idea. The safety aspect, regarding trafiic is to be a good driver whether a state exists or not.
Although NOT stopping when it's clear it's safe to treat a stop sign like a yield sign can be unsafe, since the government thugs will rob you, even if not stopping caused no person an actual harm.
