Ventilation question...

So it's been over a decade since I've grown and I'm looking at this tent that has multiple ventilation holes. I plan on running a 400w LED and was wondering which hole was supposed to be intake and which was supposed to be outtake, I think that's how it goes... Help!

Intake in a low opening exhaust through top or high opening , heat rises. The mesh is for passive if just running exhaust fan. The different sizes are just to accommodate different size ductwork

I use the 4" for wire routing myself, nice little cinch bag on good tents to stop light leaks. Get a good tent OP if ur going all in...it'll bite you later if you dont

My intake on a 4x4 tent is the two bottom six inch openings with diy light traps and I exhaust out through a upper four inch. I run a 480 watt led and a four inch fan and filter has been more then sufficient so far.

Really nothing special, It's just a rectangular box made out of black foam board from the dollar store. Hot glued together and then the seams are taped. One end has a 6" stove pipe thimble that fits into the hole on the tent and the other end has a opening for air to enter. The inside of the box is staggered pieces of foam board that are half the width of the box. It basically just creates a unrestricted path for air flow, with a bunch of angles to prevent the light from passing through. I do zip tie some AC filter material to the thimble to reduce dust and cat hair. I made up a chicken scratch picture to help illustrate it.

i personally wouldn't do the 2 in 1 but if that's the way you feel is best then yes i fully support Vivosun cuz i have a Vivosun and when i first started looking for tents alot of the chatter was around the zippers....cheap zippers, bad zippers, yada yada, so i was a bit spooked on gorilla tents and went with the Vivosun and the zipper is a super great worry free smooth medium heavy duty zipper like we're used to so you should be happy with a Vivosun...now for the 2 in 1 i cant say...seems like there's a better use of space is all, idk im a picky jerk sometimes.
