Hey fellow growers,
I'm on my second grow here and I'm facing the same issue as before..
Ghetto setup:
- Bagseed
- Small DIY growbox with reflective bubble wrap inside
- 2 x 23W 6400K CFL's + 1 x 45W 6400K UFO LED
- 2 x PC fans (inlet+outlet)
- Store bought high-quality universal and organic substrate amended with my own compost, worm castings, perlite and cooked for 90+ days.
- Second month of veg, 18/6 life cycle.
It was until recently that i noticed discoloration on the leaf tips which progressed further down and on the edges as well.
New growth is fine, happens on the older leaves.
I made a compost tea and watered but didn't make a difference.
Couple of days ago i decided to test the runoff pH, watered with pH 6.4 water and the runoff came out 7.13.
My guess is pH imbalance but can't be 100% sure since I've read that pH doesn't matter that much in organic soil due to microorganisms.
I was thinking nute burn but it looks more like some kind of deficiency/lockout.
What's your opinion?
Any help would be much appreciated.
