Makes sense that these are the people in the industry now. Not guys who know wtf they're doing.
Im not a chemist or grow master, but i managed the processing side for 2 years and now run the administrative and compliance side. If any new guys have any questions ill try to help. Good people helped us so im happy to pass it on.
my main piece of advice, have a good team, i was lucky ive had mine since the early days.
Avoid crabs , the type to hear of a success then attempt to diminish it or cut you down like some of the guys here posting...., cut these people out quick they are like crabs in a bucket. They will drag you down or even sabotage you.
Teamwork makes the dream work. Be ready to take some big losses as well along the way, but always level up.
