These WW autos are showing more amber then I could see with a jewelers loupe. Using a clip on microscope to my cell phone I am able to see a lot more of them as the loupe doesn't magnify enough. 
Thinking of chopping now. Almost 10 weeks in flower

I was thinking that earlier maybe next weekend. It's just when I magnified with the microscope and saw more I was like whoa I don't wanna harvest late.

The skunks in the background starting week 7 of flower on Friday. They got a few more weeks. They are showing milky and ambers already too

IMO main cola will finish first ( week or so ) , then you could take that down and leave lowers to harden off and finish.
I see the Ambers but I notice with most strains that ive grown the bulbous and capitate-sessile (smaller glands) turn amber way before the stalked trichomes, another week and you should be ready.
Everytime i thought I harvested too late ppl like the strain better. When in doubt let it dry out and try it at different weeks to determine which high you like.

I chopped the top half of one of the White widow autos side branches. Just finished trimming it. Was interesting trimming the first time. I can now use my pc microscope to get better pics of the trichromes. But yeah I agree I like couch lock myself but am looking forward to blazing up and putting my PSVR headset on lmao.
Turns out to be 11 grams wet for this side branch top. So prob 3g dry. Online says the buds are like 75% water. So an eighth basically.
Heh not bad.

If you like couch lock then you cant go wrong with 30-50% amber. Thats about right 75-80% water. 11gx.2 or 11x.25 is about how much it will weigh dry.
Im sure u know the top of the plant will ripen faster than the bottom.

Heck yeah. I got Wipeout Omega Racing, Doom VR, Battlezone, Star Wars Squadron, Beat Saber, Arizona Sunshine and The Walking Dead on VR. Bunch of other mid level ones too.
Heres the microscope pics of one of the buds I trimmed. They are dense nugs. Not fluffy. When I squeeze them they are mostly hard but not like rock hard.

It says on ILGM website on their White Widow Autos that they don't give couchlock and its more of a energetic, euphoric happy head high.
Also says 10-14 week grow time which im on Week 13 since seed. So that sounds about right then. They must have a different strain of White Widow Autos then other seed banks. Also says they should only get 20-24" tall. The one looks like a Ruderalis pheno straight candlestick with 2 tiny lower branches and she is only 21" tall. The other is 38" tall and more Xmas tree shaped. So its strange that the one Auto grew 14" taller than the seed bank says they will get.

Never read into the breeder info - whether harvest time or particular look. Your grow environment/ skill all play into final result. Their information is a guide only. I believe you jumped the gun on it by taking that cola …. It had plenty of time to go ( immature pistils ) are still present and that cola would have continued to swell .

I see clear trichs in there(20%), you can go another 1-2 weeks with no problem.

Oh I didnt chop that White Widow plant. I chopped top half of a side branch of the other one that looks like a Xmas tree. I didnt chop any main colas.

14 weeks and 2 days since germination.
The super skunk I determined that was the best out of the 4 is still outperforming the others. She still is the smelling and best looking flower buds of the 4. Given 2 are a different strain and autos. But she looks better than the other Super Skunk that I fimmed. Still the topped girl stayed in peak flower 2 weeks longer than the fimmed one. Still the topped girl she still has 50% white pistils and her calyxs are swelling like pics I've seen where it sticks out from the main cola. Still have no clue if she's still midflower or first week of late flower. The other skunk I fimmed is 42" tall and seems the main cola is 2 medium nugs stuck together. But there's like 12 medium high branches that look like colas. So it'll be interesting how much when they get harvested. The super skunks probably 4 to 5 weeks. But the fimmed one may be 3 to 4 because it's white pistils curled up 2 weeks ago.
First 3 pics is the topped Super skunk.
Next 3 is the fimmed Super Skunk.
Next 2 is the WW Auto Xmas tree shaped
Last 2 are WW Auto Ruderalis pheno
Yellowing of the bud sites were on October 21st
First snowball buds appeared on Oct 29th.
So they were flipped around Oct 14th based on the date of my previous photos.
Snowball buds usually appear week 3 of flower.
Based on that they are in week 9 of flower.
The WW Autos one preflowered on Oct 3rd the other Oct 12.
The snowball buds appeared Oct 19th on both.
So they are in like week 10 and 4 days of flower.
I expect harvest of the skunk girls to be either Xmas or New Years hopefully.
The WW Autos hopefully are done in 1 to 2 weeks as their calyxs are swelling too.
