Cool, Yea looks neat and high quality, but honestly I can't see a point other than just wanting a BMW over a Dodge.

I buy my clip ons at Wal-Mart. No they don't oscillate, and only have 3 speeds, but I always run them on max anyways. They cost $10, and 24/7 for a year now. For this price I bought 6, enough to have backups, Probably equal to buying one of these fancy AC Infinity ones

I just noticed on BuildASoil's site that the Monkey Fans have a notable disclaimer saying to not run them 24/7... I know the little Vornado fans I was running only lasted about a year & half before seizing up when they were left constantly running.

Hopefully Infinity is bringing it's A game on these. Will definitely be looking into them further.

By chance did you ever clean your Vornado? Like blow the dust from the motor or anything? Mine's gone 6 months not skipping a beat, i clean it between runs.

How much are they going to cost?
I've been through literally 10 monkey fans for like $40-$50 each only for them to burn out after a year.
I end up just using the mount with a $8 clip on Wal-Mart fan.
No info yet but my guess, probably like 88 bucks or something absurd. No other fan has these features.

Imo the controller plug in is a bit of a wasted feature. I would need more than 1 per tent, and I already have both of my ports dedicated to my intake and exaust. If I have to have 2 controllers hooked up to justify a high price tag, then I dont think its worth it. I wont really know until there is a price tag. I love the innovation though.

yea definitely a waste of a controller port, the controller 67 is kinda what is needed here to make the most of what they are rolling out - I use one and really like it
I'd like to pick up a couple of these and try em out, I haven't been disappointed with any acinfinity products i've tried so far - I don't really need any more fans but like the idea of more well-positioned, smaller fans rather than a couple bigger ones.

I too use the 67, but I sure as hell wont pick up another just for a couple fans.

wait.... so those fans don't connect to the 67 by bluetooth? If not then absolutely, that's kinda nuts. I do have my old controller that came with my T6 that just sits on the shelf after I swapped it with the 67 - I could run two fans from that I guess.

Nah, Cannabeard grows showed them off on his channel and they use a port. He had the exact problem I have with it.

The AC Infinity Controller 67 Bluetooth doesn't work this way. It's hardwire (molex) for any fans, and BT to your phone or computer with an app.

Yeah, I'm a sucker for AC Infinity gear...so I'll probably slide them some money to try one out. I generally don't adjust my ventilation fans by way of heat/humidity and I have a spare T6 controller if I really want.

Very few small oscillating fans out there, and this one looks compact and well built. I think that I could get away in my tent with a single oscillating fan rather than the two stationary fans I have right now...that are on timers so that they alternate their on cycles.

Lol ok, welp that does make sense. I can’t imagine wanting to pay more for what is just a simple little fan. Don’t really need it to do anything more than move air.
