Looking to confirm my not so educated guess

Please forgive my ignorance, this is my 1st try growing indoors, working with a clone and growing from seed.

In this picture is a Purple Punch clone (from Clone Guy). I believe the issue is nutrient toxicity. Am I correct?

I'm not sure exactly what the issue is with this *lil one. Any help?
*The lil one is a regular "Rainbow Gold" (Kona Gold x Maui Wowie) that was grown from seed.

F.Y.I -
  • Growing Indoors
  • Purple Punch was purchased on 12/03/21
  • Rainbow Gold popped on 11/29/21
  • I water once a day with average temp/humidity being around 75 degrees and 40% humidity.
  • Soil is around 5% bark fines, 10% peat moss, 20% perlite, 25% compost and 40% coir.
