New Grower - help me diagnose

Hey all, new grower here, noticing some spotting - yellowing on my White Widow plants (a couple leaves) - just tested the PH of my runoff, 6.4
Soil is Fox Farm and using the Fox Farm trio of supplements to feed - per their soil schedule. Plants are 38 days old.
Pics are from right as the lights went on this morning and after a watering (soil was dry).
Calcium deficiency?

What’s your temps? Soil temp ok? When I had some cloth planters sitting on the floor the soil temps were low plants can’t absorb magnesium once I put them up on a rack they turned right around check soil temp at bottom of planters also they look a little overwatered I realize the lights just came on but they are sagging a lot.

Temps are 63 at night and 75-80 during the day. I've been watering when the first two inches was dry - usually every 3-4 days it's been. Been watering until runoff.

Might still be worth checking soil temps especially if your using LEDs also try waiting a few more days they don’t look like they are growing inches a day and gulping water yet but if your nervous only hold water from half of them and see what happens after a few waterings but I think you will find they respond positively even at lights on they should be praying a little when everything is to their liking..

Ok thanks , actually looking at my watering schedule I had been watering every other to every 2 days. I'll hold off a bit. They are growing about an inch a day or so it seems.
When I do water - should I be watering until runoff?

Learn to water by weight. No watering to runoff unless it's hydro. Absolutely zero need to be checking a runoff pH. Especially using the soil you're using.

I did some pruning and slowed my water schedule down and am watering less with each watering. I pruned yesterday and watered this morning (2 gallons of water total for all 5 plants). Do they still look droopy? How long does it take to correct? I’m 45 days in from sprouting. This the 4th week of veg - would you let them go another week before the flip?

If you have an empty bag like you're in fill it with moistened medium. All the way to the top. Moistened and not dry. Like for transplant.

Pick that sucker up repeatedly. Then wet it down using good technique meaning an adequate volume of water. About 25% of container volume. Apply slowly and evenly around the medium. Then pick that sucker up. Repeatedly.

Pick your plants up daily. You'll be amazed how fast you get used to. Then you won't be overwatering or underwatering. Never let the medium dry.

Not after they start filling the screen. Use a bamboo barbecue skewer to pierce the medium all over and all the way to the bottom of the container. Do this especially under the plant. One other newb question, fox farm nutrients, if it's day to feed and I know I use let's say 3 gallons of water for all 5 plants total - do I mix up nutrients in all 3 gallons? Or just one gallon - and 2 gallons of just water?

The feeding schedule probably indicates per gallon. However we'll all pretty much recommend starting at 1/2 what's on the bottles or the schedule.

Not sure if you are going by feed schedule ( hopefully not ) as they tend to go with crazy multibottle amounts .
All you need for those plants right now is pretty much GROBIG and Big Bloom ( the only organic of the trio ) which feeds the microbial life in medium.

Fox Farm soils are pretty nute dense out of the bag and will run a plant for weeks on its own. So much so , you can FEED your plants with a scoop or 2 of MORE soil as a top dress ( just water in ) or steep a bag of it in aerated water for TEA / SOIL DRENCH.

Grow big is the standard VEG nute ( highly concentrated as less is more ) especially with a heavily nute base medium such as fox farm soil.
1/2 strength to gauge what plant tolerates. Zero reason to do ANY runoff with fox farm soil - as it is already prebuffered. Excess water can leach it prematurely.

I switched from mixing Fox Farms soils to Pro Mix in 2012. Recently switched to Sunshine 4 Advanced. I'd use straight peat and mix with perlite before I went back to a bagged soil. Too expensive and you fight too many problems.

Recommend foliar Epsom over cal mag in the medium unless calcium deficiency is seen. Calcium is not for foliar.

Their schedule for veg doesn’t seem like a lot - it’s 1-2tbs per gallon of the grow big depending on week. I just started the second one - big bloom I think it is? Or maybe I got them mixed up. Anyhow I’ve only been splitting 1 gallon worth of nutes between all my plants so I’ve been feeding very light - on accident

Indeed them girls are thirsty but now you know how many days it takes to get to this point water a day sooner but try to learn to tell when to water by how much your they weigh lift your pots when they feel light water but it won't take long for you to read your plants they will tell you what they need

I use a 5-gal bucket to mix nutes in mark your bucket at 1 gal increments mix up 3 gal worth in the bucket then all your plants are getting fed consistently go light with nutes at first until you see how well they toilerate them, fox grow big is cheap and simple I still use them during early veg...
