Clawing - Too many things cause it and I'm confused

Hi there I was hoping someone else could help me ID what's going on with my plants.

They are generally pretty happy but they have started having a bit of clawing. I know that can come from too much N, too much water or too little water. Today I decreased the amount of watering (I use a Blumat) to see if that helps but I already dropped it 2 days ago and didn't notice an improvement. It feels a little on the wet side though...although not much too wet. Does anyone have a better idea or what this is?

I topdress with kelp/alfalfa/compost so I don't think it's some micronutrient thing.

Attached are some pics. I'm 4 weeks from seed in the pics.

Also, if I improve whatever it is. Do the leave go back to normal or should I only be looking at new leaves?

What's your medium and it's Ph? Relative humidity? What nutrient line are you using? Aside from the curl, no your plant's leaves will not "heal". The plant will use what it can from a damaged leaf and eventually it will fall off. Plants don't really repair, they remove and regrow
I had curl like that while trying to stabilize Ph in a DWC grow.

Too much nitrogen although... thisnis an old issue too late to fix. See your new growth is not really dark green so I think your OK now

Sorry I top feed (alfafa/kelp/compost) onto my organic soil. 5 gal pot, and the plants are tyically 70% RH @ 78F as controlled by my AC infinity and soil temp controlled heat pad.

I tested the soil and the PH is good with my ecosystem and water mix (Ph comes in at~6.7)
I didn't top feed a lot of nitrogen (1 TBSP of kelp & alfalfa every 2 weeks) plus i figured it would be pretty hard to overdo it with top feeding. :/
