Best value – and one of the most underrated breeders out there, IMO – is Paradise Seeds.
Spending $40 on 16 seeds (and I know I'm late to the party and the OP has already bought his seeds) might seem like a bargain, but if you only have limited experience and room to grow, then you want seeds that don't disappoint – you don't want to waste your time and limited resources sorting through average seeds and plants looking for something to keep. You want a plant that is robust and easy to grow, gives good yields to make it worth your while, and has a kind high with top-shelf potency and a bit of flavour.
Mostly, you want consistency – something Paradise Seeds is renowned for. They really don't have any bad strains, it's just that some are real stand-outs and need to be grown to be appreciated.

We have a Wappa clone that we've kept for almost 10 years now that was found with another keeper in a pack of 10 femmed – but they were all pretty uniform, so you're guaranteed to find a nice plant in a pack of 5. Wappa consistently outgrows anything we've thrown against it and is almost impossible to kill. The high is right up there: strong but not paranoid; relaxing but functional – a nice balance between head and body that you can smoke almost any time.
I've tried the OG18 and it is a bit finnicky to grow. It stretches and produced average yields. The taste is incredible and the high is strong, but not particularly kind. It's not what I'd describe as a beginner's plant, but I think it deserves some of the hype it gets.
Having said that, it's no Sensi Star < If you want to grow a
real indica that gives decent yields, great taste and knocks you the fuck out, Paradise Seeds Sensi Star should be near the top of your list. But it's not cheap, which is why I suggested Wappa.

These two are on my list and (hopefully) on their way from Attitude to be grown over the next couple of months.
On a related note, I've tried Tangie, Chocolope, Tangielope from DNA and they were all fine, but there are other sativas I prefer. From THSeeds I've grown SAGE and a couple of crosses and it's nice but I prefer others. I mainly grow sativas, so I can't comment much on the indica side of things.
The main thing I like about Paradise Seeds is that most of his strains are very uniform and I've never had any bad experiences with his genetics. No nasty surprised like hermies or runty plants, and the potency and quality of high are ALWAYS there.
