Got some nasty nute burn shaping up there so may need to wash a little out of the pots with a light flush.
More info would help like soil, feedings, water, temps and humidity levels.
Go here and do a search for Cannabis to get lots of free books on the subject. In the Lifestyle category I believe but a search anywhere should show them. http://www.pdfdrive.com/

I grew in plastic pots when I first started for a long time. They are ok for a beginner. Are grow bags better? Sure, but use what you got.
That said,@ante I'll agree with what everyone else is saying, looks like nute burn to me. The good news is, it doesn't look too far gone at all. Just ease way back on the nutes for a little while. She'll be fine.

He probably wants to know if it's LED or HID and if LED is that 600W from the wall or what the maker calls it?
I have a small LED that calls itself a 1500 that pulls 207W from the wall and would probably work as well as a 250W MH or HPS light.
For serious growing I use all HIDs in various sizes up to 1000W to fit the size of the grow. I like the 600s best.

fabric pots allow the roots to air prune and makes a more dense root system. Nothing wrong with plastic nursery pots though and that is surely not this guys problem.
