I'm 3 weeks in flower with a phk strain and fond spider mites, any suggestions on what to use

Are you seeing buds forming at this point? That sucks
You're in a tough spot you probably know that.Sprayed neem oil is often effective but not great to smoke so i avoid it at all costs in flower however it's been used for many years. You can find other natural insecticidal oils too.
If you're seeing webs it's going to spread like crazy so be prepared. I've never fully cured a flowering plant with mites that i saw webs from.
Spraying them off with water is an option too to knock back the amount but won't do much.
This would be the best natural method but probably unlikely to be an feasible option, especially as a reactive measure this late in flowering.

I'd be very interested in how one gets rid of spider mites at any stage of growth by using hydrostatic pressure. Seriously. Aphids are one thing. Spider mites quite another. Predator mites in flower and explain why it's useless even ar this point?

Use what most call “index finger” and that other device we call a “thumb”. Place the infected leaf with the mite in between both. Apply force. Repeat.

I did that years ago before I knew about IPM and how to treat them. Ended up with a few tables and nasty webs overnight.
I put a screen over a vacuum nozzle and vacuumed away. That was years ago. I don't have issues with mites anymore. The occasional patch here and there over the last few years. They get in no matter how careful you try and be. But they are eradicated within minutes of discovery with a citric acid foliar.
I'm only talking about noticing them on a couple leaves and nuking them. I would never allow them to spread to the point of webbing these days.

3 weeks in with around 5 to go, your fucked.
I tried everything to kill those motherfuckers mostly to no avail
There was 1 called Bang! that was pretty good, but I'm not sure you can get it anymore.
So, if possible (you have to) separate/isolate that plant. & if it has infected others, maybe you can attemt to get some ones that are roaming, but you want the ones in the web, but the web protects them, which makes it really hard to beat them

Read this awhile back and it works like a charm on pm also. An ounce of prevention is worth more than a pound of cure tho. I started using golden shield silica in every watering and keep citric acid on hand for emergency’s

I believe I do know, to some extent, what I'm talking about. You're generalizing my statements in your response.
I said "Spraying them off with water is an option too to knock back the amount but won't do much." of course it's not a great option in flower neither is the neem oil as I said as well. But it can work to temporarily slow down colonization. I never said you can wash them off completely or that it would solve the issue, I even said "it won't do much".
If it doesn't have bud structures yet (though they likely do) it's an option, which is why I asked that as the first line in my response. I probably should've prefaced the water statement based off that my bad.
I didn't say mites would be useless. I said predator mites are "unlikely to be an feasible option, especially as a reactive measure this late in flowering. " Which i stand by, you probably wouldn't receive them for a week or two if ordered online, and I doubt they'd handle the issue effectively as a reactive measure. Proactively they're fantastic just not the likely solution this late into flowering.
There's no real great solution at this point.

I hit em with two different citrus based products right up to the second week of 12/12

100% This. Be proactive, it's so hard to get rid of anything once it's there and established.
I'll have to check out the citrus product, I use lemon balm and citronella in my spray mix, is there a brand you might recommend? Is it just citric acid as the active ingredient?

Cool thank you. For home made, based on this brand you just mix about 1/2 teaspoon of citric acid into a gallon of water.
