I highly doubt those are under watered if he's watering every day...unless...

Watering every other day, about 60 ounces. Basically until it drains out the bottom of the fabric (I have it sitting on a couple inches of rocks so it doesn’t reasborb). Every third day or so I’ve been then adding maybe a quart of nutrients dissolved in water — 1/8 teaspoon of Jack’s 10-30-20 blossom booster. Once a week I augment this with 1/4 tsp of Neptune Harvest seaweed plant food. I do wait several minutes after the water stops dripping out the bottom before I add the quart of nutrient mix.
It takes a village.

You got a pic of daytime perky look? Why didn't you include it? They look overwatered, cuz you overwater.

You need to let your medium become fully saturated...sometimes your soil becomes hydrophobic in spots and it does not absorb water so it runs right through and you think you are watering until run off. What you end up doing however is creating a situation where you are inviting root rot. Your roots are constantly wet and cold and it is choking your plant to death. Saturate your media, let it drain off and then pick your pot up a little. Just enough to take note of the weight of your pot with the media fully saturated. It will feel rather heavy. Now leave it alone for a few days. When you go to water again, pick up your pot and feel it, it should be super light weight in comparison to when you fully saturated your media a few days ago. Putting more water on top of your already bad watering practices is not how you fix this.

You don't need to feed it every day either. You can raise your lights on temps a little too....lower to mid 80s will help.
Thanks, I’m going to do so. One my outdoor grows had popcorn buds so I’ve been maybe too concerned about heat.

concur with @Dank Bongula ok to allow temps into 80's.
Your light is fine for your tent, ok to run at 100%, 24" above canopy.
Just hang back and watch for a few days until that pot drys out. When it does, just give water with 10-15% runoff, just enough to flush out any excess salts. There is plenty of food in there for another wet/dry cycle.

Curious why you say this? While it's not ideal to transplant during flower I've done it a fews time without killing them or harming the plants at all.
