Apparently, "Chiding" is the equivalent of busting someones balls, (ie) "Fuck you man, Im just chiding you"... seems like a fancy way around it.Well thanks a lot man. Now I have to google what a chid is.
Ok ,,.... yeah. Do that. Im kinda slow. Dumb it down as much as you feel necessary.Power goes out oh no
But you ain't them so , oh no is, some other prepared response.
Like a generator
Fresh fries and taco is a reference to "gonna have a bad time if X" South Park skit....I'm wierd, I'll tone it down
You mean pizza, not taco.Well if you are suing their system , French fries... you are gonna have a bad time. You should taco
Oh!.. ok.. I kinda remember that episode. Im always baked when watching South Park, Family Guy, American Dad, Rick and Morty, Off the Air, Squidbilly's, etc.You mean pizza, not taco.
Welcome!Thanks for sharing that.
Good stuff.
Glad you made it through New Year's with all your fingers still intact.Welcome!
There's always next time LOL!Glad you made it through New Year's with all your fingers still intact.
No running water during blastThere's always next time LOL!
I have some ethos seeds on the way now. I also have an Anden 210. And it might be because I’m in a smaller room 12x24 but it seems to cause a lot of fluctuations in heat and humidity compared to the multiple residential units I use in the other room I have that’s the same size.Thanks!... Different?... Lets see.... I'd like to have an auto feed system where I could just determine which ones need feed, and then open a valve on that particular plant or plants, and walk away for a while. But otherwise, the outlets on the ceiling are a great idea. I went with 220v because it draws half the load in amps. (2.3amps per light). I prob would have ponied up for a good Aden dehuey, .. what I have works fine, but I'd like to have something that produces less heat. I prob would have gone with a 4 ton AC unit, although 3 tons is getting it done. Always better to have more that you need. (as far as I know, they don't make a 4 ton mini split) .. otherwise, everything from the roller trays (which are 4x20ft each), the HLG lights, (6 per tray), the AirROS system, the CO2 generator, the tank system all work great. In the future, I may come up with a room vent that comes on in case of an AC failure if the temps get too high. 3 years of tinkering with this setup, and I think I got it dialed in pretty good..... except for those weak ass pheno strains you see. Should have stuck with Ethos genetics. There's always the next run tho.
It defiantly adds up!... I think we got somewhere around $100,000 in that building and equipment. We had to run a 200amp service to replace my old 100 amp service line that went to the shop. You might reconsider the DE HPS because of cost. They make a (Im sure you know this) shit ton of heat, and draw the amps like a champ. The newer LED's are worth it. They run cooler, and draw A LOT less juice. Im certain that ours have already paid for themselves in power savings (both electricity and AC power to cool)... Wishing you good luck!, and think it out about 1000 times.I have some ethos seeds on the way now. I also have an Anden 210. It uses less power and it has more power for sure, it’s just that it Has a set time it has to run and be off before it kicks back on I think it’s 3 mins.
I’m still trying to figure out how to do a layout for the new room I have 24x36 room to work just for flower, but I’m not sure how many amps I can devote to it. I’d say I can prob spare at least 100 and maybe more but need to figure it out for sure.
I’d love to just do de hps because of upfront cost and I always kill it with them. But not sure I have the amps and divining it into two rooms means buying two of everything it adds up.
Yeah I installed a 200 amp service to my other building as well. I could probably add another service drop for this one. But don’t really want the inspector out here again(not sure why he was nice but govt types always worry me). I’m pretty sure if I run my lights off one drop and my climate control off the other I will be fine. Will just need to run opposite of my other flower room.It defiantly adds up!... Well, that’s the great thing about doing a buildout, you can do it however you want!.. you may find that after setup, it may require some tweaking, but that’s half the fun.Yeah I installed a 200 amp service to my other building as well. I’m running the new gavita 1930e led’s now in one room. I’m on my second run with them. I’m still undecided whether or not I like gardening with LED. So at this point I would go with what is proven tech for me. I’ve been doing HPS so long the runs feel easy, like driving a self driving Tesla vs a NASCAR on wet track(that doesn’t really seem much faster than a tesla) Not to mention I have some extra fixtures already but even if I didn’t it would cost me 15k more up front for lighting cost. A few k of that will go toward bigger AC. But saving 10k and being confident I can run the room no hiccups is def making me lean toward the de fixtures.
Well Well Well! look who has a job and the respect of their peers. lol nice set up man.Hey guys!.. just thought i'd share my setup that I designed from the ground up in 2018. There may be some handy tips in there if you're thinking about your layout, or if you're in the middle of one. Grow room is 20x30, in a 1400 sq ft building with processing room, cure room, propagation, etc... criticism is welcome.
