What would be ideal I’m watering with a gap of 2 days and the soil moister tester is saying dry nearly 3 qauters the way down the pot
Not a big deal for plants to droop after watering,Maybe too soon, maybe too much.If the droop remains for the next 24hrs then maybe something is up.

Your feeding/watering to runoff? Wet feet maybe? Does water absorb in or go to the edges and run down and out?
20% run off tested at 6.4 ph and 128 ppm but my water from the tap is 320 ppm anyway and yeah the whole pot gets wet

What's your humidity like?
Is it worse on the tallest colas?
Are you feeding Nitrogen?

Humidity fluctuats between 50 and 60 temp is stable at 25 and I think the formula I’m using has it yea
Sounds like your rh is a little high but I don't think out of control by any means. The temps sound fine.
You're around 33 days in flower right? You don't need a lot of N in flower. How much are you feeding? It could be the beginning of N toxicity. Are the lower leaves getting a little discolored in spots and around the edges? It sort of looks like it in your pic but hard to tell. It's pretty dark green as well.

You should water by weight, not one of those moisture meters on a little stake. Lift up the pot after you water, then lift up the pot once it dries out, just before the plants wilt. You want it to feel light before you water it again. Don't water on a schedule, water when the plant needs it. Good luck!
