So I'm looking to make my own water soluble calcium phosphate and one of the steps is to char the bone pieces/powder. It's supposed to reek if you're doing it in the oven or stove top. I don't wanna fuck up my place and I can't do this outside. I do have an instant pot though, and I use it very effectively to decarb weed without any stink by putting it in a jar and running it on high pressure for 30mins (on a side note, decarbing this way seems to save a lot of potency and terps too).
So my question is this:
Can I fill and seal a jar with the bone pieces/powder, run it on high pressure for an hour or two and expect the same benefits of stovetop charring, or does the actual charring where the bones are reacting to oxygen get them to where I want them before dissolving them in vinegar?
