I hate doing inventory. Products are not bad because you can count boxes. It's shop inventory that sucks. We use lots of different screws, nuts and bolts.......washers in so many different types your eyes spin in opposite directions lol Glad I jumped on the tedious stuff right away.....that took 90% of the dayOh, god...this place is devolving nicely.
Utter chaos, if you happen to stumble in and look around.

Yea, lots of places do that. You have to match the mfgr part @ to the company part#, or it was never put in and no one knows what it is...Couldn't you weigh one screw then all your screws that are the same size and estimate?
