Anyone like a bit of stretch and node spacing?

I totally hear you man. The spectrum makes a big difference too. I've actually been trying to get more stretch too sometimes.

There's other things you can do to increase the stretch at flower too. The bigger the temp differential during stretch the more you can control it. I talk about it all the time, but there's some people out there that can't accept it.
It's not that I can't accept its more polar opposite my experience.
Ideal temps create better growing conditions therfore more stretch.

Are you gauging “stretch” on vertical height gain?

Im referring to distance between bud sights.
Like a big bud every 2” or so
Not stacked on top each other.

I like the uniform, pretty, fully formed buds.
Call me high maintenance but it’s the same reason my firewood shed is stacked perfectly even. I got to stare at it for the next 5 months while I slowly burn it…..so it might as well look good!

You might be looking for an OG.

Good point and distinction between them, I'm gauging vertical height as stretch namely after flipping to 12-12.

I can relate to wanting a bit of stretch its something I've commented on in the past.
I don't want a super compact plant/crop.

Good. I got one 10days into flower right now. It looks like it will have the spacing im after. Time will tell.
Rolex OG kush from devils harvest
I dunno. See how it goes. Lol.
You'll be pleased with the OG structure I'm sure. High calyx to leaf ratio.

For the reasons you stated, I like a little more stretch, but...

The moment I took this picture, keep in mind this was my first solo grow, I felt like a god.

Theres something about tight structure that gets my blood pumping. Here's a photo of the same branch post trim

same plant, revegged..

First time around, 20 degrees swing between day and night temps. Lots of space between the budding nodes.
Temp was reaching around 90f in the grow room.

This time around, same plant, temps swing less than 10 degrees, between 60 and 70

Same nutes, same lights, same plant, only temperatures changed

I've enough experience with 1.5"+ a day with 3-4c swing, cooler temps aren't conductive to fast growing.
