Help! Led seedling issues

Hey all!
I have done a few successful grows with cmh and hps. I decided to have a go with LED and purchased tge Lumatek 300w for veg in 1m x1m tent.
Its 28" above seedlings on 40%.
Am I way off?
Anyway 3 have stretched and 2 are short. All dodgy colour and not looking good.
I know its a learning curve but am spending silly money on seeds and about to give up.
I've heard led grows need calmag early on.
Could anybody offer any advice please.

I thought this too but wasn't sure...they've had some 'plantstart' but thats all. Nutes earlier with led? Yes in coco.

Nutes are always needed in coco it’s is a inert media it holds no nutrition for those plants

Thanks i knew this. I'd normally start nutes around now. I thought it was a lighting issue and was afraid nutes would add to the stress.

Sorry I'm still learning hence the post.
I thought coco pro had a little something to get them started. I've always used plant start to begin with. Clearly not enough for led.

Lights closer and a regular feed of half dose recommended
They are pretty stretched but no need to reduce lights in seedlings it causes the stretch
Color tells you it wants nitrogen

They are severely stunted, but they can recover with daily feeding.
Feed daily to run off with a pH around 6.0.
Never use plain water......ever.
Never let the coco dry.

Done properly.........your plants in coco should look like this at 3 weeks old.
