Leaves starting to taco

I have some small plants vegging in a flood and drain system and got some leaves starting to taco

I run these same strains in coco in the same exact environment and no issues.
Ph is always at 5.8-6.4 I have a blue labs guardian monitoring at all times.
feed is mega crop at little over 1/2 strength
Floods every 6 hrs for 5 minutes.
temps=71 to 75 degrees
Quantum board 480w 3500k with 660red
On only 50% at 30” from canopy.
Like I said I run these same strains in coco perlite drain to waste and never have this issue even when I push full lighting and higher temps. So I’m stumped. This same thing happened last flood and drain grow but not till real late in flower and I was able to finish without any issues but never got the taco figured out so any help would be greatly appreciated

Actually, this can happen with humidity that low, especially in seedlings/young plants.

Everything seems fine except that low RH. You might want to consider adding a humidifier to bring that up between 50-60 to reduce plant stress and speed up growth.

I always keep a large pot of water on the coal/wood stove

I have a pot of water on the stove to add some humidity into the house still stays low. I will add a humidifier and see if that helps

I’m no longer in that situation but my wife used to call it the let’s sweat room

I added a humidifier and got my RH up to 48-50% but no change yet still early to tell but I see a leaf or 2 with what looks like MG deficiency could this be the cause of the canoeing?

Also if this is a RH problem wouldn’t I see it in my other plants in coco in the same environment? I would think I would see the same issue in those coco plants but nothing they don’t have any issues like this

Just an update for everyone. I added a humidifier and that didn’t change anything so I then lowered my temps to 71 degrees. So far can’t find anything online for this issue that doesn’t say heat stress but it’s definitely not heat stress. I’m thinking I’m flooding too often so I have not flooded in past 48hrs and so far they aren’t droopy so there is too much water standing in bottom of the tables but I can’t find any issues with the roots so got to wait and see how the not flooding works out.

I believe it was the light being too close because my flood tables take up couple feet of height so it’s only thing I can think of. I ended up removing the flood tables and tossed the plants in bubble buckets and no tacoing so I’m pretty sure it was that.
