My advice is less is more. Control the environment (keep your temps and humidity in check) and grow healthy plants. However you choose to feed don’t over do it. Start small and work your way into how much feed each can take. Use the K.I.S.S method.
Shoot for healthy lush plants and the yields will come. Top shelf product will beat out yield all day. When you dial it in you can than learn to maximize yield and quantity.
As someone else said genetics are important too. Finding winner phenos isn’t always gonna happen. Just b/c you buy “x” sees from “x” breeder don’t mean you will find something elite. Finding something that hits all the right things isn’t easy.
Smell/taste/terps, look/frost/trick coverage, bud density, plant structure, pest/disease resistance, nanners, intersex, all play a part in what’s good and what’s not. Finding a plant that excels in all categories takes time and patience.
