To trim or not to trim.

I have let my plants go when the hit flower. Is it better to trim the plant or let it go.

Wow! That is a dense canopy! What week of flower are you in? Personally I would defoliate to improve air flow in turn will help minimize PM, Budrot, and possibly help lower bud sites mature more before harvest.

I defoliate day 1 flower and day 21 flower

I'd defoliate, extra airflow less chance of pm more light to lower stuff
