Athena Pro Series Anyone?

Currently run the Cyco Platinum Series line minus Grow XL, Kleanse, Dr Repair, Zyme & Ryzofuel..

I see Athena Pro Series feed chart recommends a mighty 3.0 EC, seems a bit high to me? A guy at the shop said he loves it and its clean but then in the same sentence said its salty. Not sure what to make of that..

Thoughts on Athena in Coco?

I haven’t flowered with it yet, but in veg I was at 3.0 and I saw a couple tips yellow. Dropped it to 2.8 and they are loving it. Simple to mix and leaves very little to no build up so far
Yeah I had some burns during flowering, flushed them hard and they turned out great. I’ll post some pics with Athena coco handwatered.

Yeah tips burning at 3 EC would be absolutely no surprise to me. I found their crazy high EC recommendation a bit crazy.

Looks fire what's a lil nute burn anyways? ;)

lmao yeah thanks. Once my run off EC was 6-8 EC I was having problems week 5-6. I flushed down to 4-5 EC and they loved it. I think that’s the sweet spot atleast for my strain and set up.
I want to setup tables so I can monitor baseline EC from runoff. Just can't justify the money when I can just use risers n trays and a large shopvac.. lol

The only thing that would cause me to lean to Athena vs Jacks is they seem to have their nutrients tailored to Cannabis plants.
I’m currently torn. But right now I’m leaning towards jacks not only because they offer tap water analysis, plant tissue analysis and more. But most importantly the customer service they exhibit is phenomenal. I’ve been asking them questions as a potential small client and they have been more than happy to promptly respond to me and answer all questions. And it’s not like they are some small company with a small amount of customers.

on the other hand Athena has still not responded to me and I don’t have time to call them and sit on the phone discussing. They also seem to really only care more about large scale clients and operations. Even on their customer service form they basically ask “how big is your operation”’and “when are you looking to buy” which is concerning because that can possibly mean they are filtering customers response time by operation size.

Yeah Athena has been known to not provide EC/PPM scales for individual ingredients. They're definitely tailoring their products more to the commercial grower.

If you dm them on Instagram they will get back to you within a day or two

Well the tables I got were around $450 with the tray, table, trellis support and wheels for a 4x8. Not too bad. Also I still use a shop vac on some trays lol

I’ve been getting all my help from their Instagram account in DMs. Sometimes they will take a day or 2 to reply but helped me out a lot as this is my first time with coco and Athena

I need enough tables for Three 5x20' (foot) rows or 300 sq/ft.

Athena pro works just fine at constant feeding anywhere from 1.6 to 1.8 ec. It all depends on the strain. i only used two of the three bags of Athena. Jacks works fine as well as front row ag which I’m using currently in three rooms totally 566 plants three different strains all taking feed completely different.

Yeah it’s going on day 3 of no reply. But I’ll try their IG and wait another two days. Jacks responded the next day and I’m gonna do a tap water analysis with them. If Athena responds within two days I’ll listen. If they don’t then I’ll order jacks. My new seeds come in this week and I wanna start this next batch from seed using one line. I don’t wanna wait to order my nutes and keep using canna (what I’m using now) and then switch to jack or Athena partway thru
