Jack Herer & Hindu Kush 600W

Well as of last night i have one bag seed that has broke through the dirt. I dont think I did anything wrong and the jh and hk seeds should be growing ???? Ill give it more time. I am getting very worried about weather or not they will come up. A friend of mine said it could take 10 to 14 days???

There is a bit better news today. One of the hindu kush seeds has come out of dirt. The seed shell hasnt fell off yet but at least I know Im cookin now!! Here is a pic of the bag seed seedling. more pic are comin

Ok, we now have 2 hk seedlings up and 1 bag seed. I dont know why the jh and for that matter the hk seeds are so slow comin up. Maybe kill takes longer. The pics below are of the bag seed I got going i believe its about 3 to 4 weeks from harvest. It was grown with no nutes besides molasses and very little salt. I used miracle grow very little for a few weeks of veg. Thats all, and it was vegged with 2 4x2 t8's. Flowered with 4 4x2 t8's. i got the 600w hps on it about a week ago. So i dont think it was a bad first effort. all the stuff will be right for the grow im doing now.

that looks great for bagseed..but you gotta figure there is some great bad seeds floating around out there..looks more Sativa dominant to me..nice looking colas all over the place..did you top it?

never grown Jack... but i have smoked it planty of times. awesome strain... one of the best in my opinion.

No topping. I started with 7 plants. It was my first try and I think I drowned 3 of them just like a newbie should lol. had 4 left and 3 turned out to be males. These where some fine bag seeds. It was out of some homegrown that was great stuff.

sweet! I wish I had kept some seeds from some smoke in my teens!..that is if they would germ now..ive read where 10yr old or so beans still germed..so i guess its possible..

It does stink. Hard to describe the smell. Not sweet. It smells like it's goes to be real good. Hard to make myself not try a bud.

Today I got the last seeds in dirt. 3 jack herer none have come up that worries me. 3 Hindu kush 2 of them have come up. 2 bag seeds 1 has come up.
Anyone grow jack herer ?? How long should I give them to come up??? I'll post pics of all the seedling on sunday night or monday
morning and on a weekly basis.

Great news. I finally have a jack herer seedling. One popped out yesterday. the seed hull is still on it, but the stem looks good and it seemed to be taller from last night to this morning. to sum it up 2 hindu kush, 1 bag seed, and 1 JACK HERER seedlings. with 2 jack, 1 hindu, and 1 bag seed hopefuls. I will post pics of all the seedlings on Monday morning. I leave you with a pic of my flowering area and the top shot of my bag seed plant in flower!!!

thanks for the prayers, but I dont think they worked. The first jack seedling isnt doing good. So no jack.

Sorry about the pics. I had family in for the holidays. I got them out of the house lastnight so pics will be on here first thing in the morning. I hope my luck gets better. Talk in the A.M.

Ok guys, Here are the pics i promised. The first is the bag seed that popped first. The second and third are hindu kush plants that are about 4 days younger. Last is a pic of the same kind of bag seed that is in the first pic, about 3 weeks away. I had a fan go out while family was over and it got hot hot under the 600w. About 90-95 I dont know but that may have slowed the hell out of the growth.?????? Its a bit slow going as they are seedlings but it sure to get good pretty soon. Oh and sorry about the crappy pics. My camera was packed with the leaving family but will be back in about a week and the pic will get much better.

Oh and by the way. I put the only Jack Herer seedling I had come up (it is just a long tap root about 1/2 inch long with a shell on it)into the intensive care unit. Maybe I can get it back??????

hey dude. i hope u can. im doin hindu an narkush now as well wit sum bagseeds. all soil. umm i had my shit in mg organic bs first an they were lookin weak untill i put um in a nuetral mix wit perlite, so u may get it back, anythings poss i guess

Good luck with the JH, I started 6 seeds, 5 cracked, 4 sprouted and I have 3 awesome seedlings, they seem to be a quirky seed to germinate! For reference, I was 7 for 7 on the G13 freebies from the tude and my DP BB also was 100% rate! I think I'm going to pop the rest of the JH in as they are just regular Sensei so I need to get the odds up! Good luck with your grow man.

Thanks Torrey, I started just 3 and they all cracked great but they did nothing from there so I dont know why they wont pop. The one that showed signs that it wanted to grow is in a bad way now. The shell never came off. All I can do is hope. Thanks again for reading.

I live by fox farms. After watching a few grows from a buddy of mine and trying it for myself. It is the shit. My Kush looks good and my bag seeds look even better. I use 5 parts ff 1 part perlite and 1 part vermiculite. Seems to do good. Drys pretty fast but I dont think thats bad. Thanks for reading and I hope your yield is enormous.
