Defoliation questions

I was thinking why not fix the root cause, pun intended. You can always flush and get rid of the nitrogen if I'm not mistaken instead of resorting to chopping up the plant seems less invasive. Imo
You obviously want fix the issue. I'm not saying it would solve the problem, just possibly help it along. Your plants look N-toxic, btw. It's what made me think of it.

I don't defoliate during veg either, but okay. I wasn't suggesting you defoliate to prevent n-toxicity. I was asking a question that your plant reminded me of.

Maybe it's the lack of lighting, but they look very dark and are starting to claw. I'm not trashing them, I'm just letting you know. Not bad for a first grow though.

I'd say they look small but other wise healthy... smalls not bad
