Weird Looking Top and Slow Growth?

This plant is now in it's 11th week of flower. The top cola is pretty small and weird looking as well. The whole inside of the plant seems to be doing well with some or quite a bit of pistils turning brown however there is also new pistils forming. The whole inside of the plant looks like one huge cola with new growth.

There is a bit of trichs on these as well (the inside of the plant), there really isn't too much on the top weird looking one.

The plant seemed to be stuck in it's growth so I transplanted it which maybe wasn't a good idea this late in the game but I felt I had little choice and the plant seems to be doing much better.

I had started to flush this plant but rethought that and was wondering if it needs more time to grow like several weeks. I was thinking of giving it one more boost of bud and bloom on the next watering. And then flushing.

Any Ideas or suggestions?

I had no problems with the other plant. Harvested that one already and as soon as you open a jar well it's like a blast of air hittin' ya right in the face. I gave some to a friend and put it in a baggy. Said person didn't even touch the stuff and well several people noticed a scunky smell as soon as said person walked in the room. It permeated the whole downstairs in a damned bag.

I have no idea as to the strain all I know is in comparison to the other plant which was covered in white dust and I mean everything on the the plant this one has very little in comparison not withstanding the main stem which looks like one big cola with a bunch of bud sites those sites seem to be getting the dusting as in the first plant but not quite there....?

ya she looks almost done and the growth is fine get your self a pock scope to double check you could stand to get the bulbs closer an more of then whats your room temp when its cold buds will stretch for the light/warmth thats what the wierd growth is I would say

I thought possibly a hermie myself but I've checked those sites several times thinking they were maybe seeds, wouldn't that be the case?

So I plucked and pulled it apart and it's only a leaf which has not come out yet. No seeds.

So I'm going to go with the first fella.
The cold makes sense. And I should have thought of that...it makes perfect sense... why I'm seeing that on the upper part of the plant and a few places on the outer sides of the plant and the inside of the plant doing so much better it's protected a bit from the outside of the plant. There's no heat in that room...well in the whole upstairs area...so at night it would and does get colder. Warming up when the lights are on. It's winter here. Duh.
But I didn't think too much of it thinking a few hours of cold shouldn't hurt it. But it was a bit warmer then.

Now to figure out how to fix that problem until it finishes up!

Oh and that light green thing poking out in the middle pic is a new leaf that has not folded out. That's what happening to the top most part of the plant. That's why I thought stunted growth and it is obviously but from the cold.

it fine just a little after growth did you force flower to sex or have your lights setting been changed form 12/12

These plants were vegged for 9 weeks...
They were then changed from 12/12

The only thing I noticed with these plants was that in every read....
I've seen these plants double or even triple in size once in flower mode, none of this did I see. They stayed the same height.
