Well you disturbed the roots or something cause it’s dead

There's really nothing you can do for seedlings.
Just keep the medium damp with plain water and wait it out.
Can't tell from the pic if there's a new set of leaves emerging or not, but the first set is toast.

Just keep giving plain water don't drown it and hope for the best. I Just had to yank a ETHOS Zummy cause it was looking like that but way worse. No chance I was riding that one out. Did you add fertilizer to the water already?
