I just can't imagine buying from an entity that used to and still does harass people. For me I will never forgive them and certainly never do business with them as a customer.

It is but they got a slap on the wrist. If you were a regular farmer and used pesticided off label (ie not certificed for your crop) you'd be some serious legal shit.
