Lighting during flower

So just a quick question: I’m currently running an SF1000 about 3 weeks into flower, I just received an SF2000 that is going to replace the 1000. Am I safe starting the 2000 off at 100% intensity or should I start at say 75% and then work it up?
Light is about 8” from tallest colas and will be the same with this new light. Any input is appreciated, trying to make sure I don’t make any blunders this far in.

Any thoughts? Gonna start around 70% and go from there I suppose

8 inches is pretty close. Where did you come up with that number?

When I fucked up not leaving enough room to deal with stretch lol. It was closer but I managed to rig the light up higher a few inches more, leaving me with 8”. Not ideal I know, but haven’t had any issues with light burn-I wasn’t able to keep my canopy as even as I would’ve liked so it’s really only 2 colas that are that close

Not perfect I know, but for her installed running at 70%, even managed to raise it an extra 2”, so about 10” from tallest colas. Next cycle I’m gonna try with just 1 plant. Wanted that for this round, but the seedling I thought that was going to die didnt, can you guess which one that is lol

The SF-2000 is the same light as the SF-1000, it just has more LED's for a larger footprint. The light intensity is the same with both lights.

In any case, anything less than 18" is likely to cause issues, but you have a dimmer so you can adjust accordingly.

Fishing line is from my plant yo-yo’s, my first time using...not the biggest fan

Any flexability on the long branches where you could angle the tall colas over more on their side? Late to supercrop but maybe you could time em down. Next time really LST or scrog and try to keep the canopy even.

I might be able to angle them further back away from the light. I was doing well with LST early on, this was my first attempt at LST, but once I flipped and added the trellis net I couldn’t get at the branches in the back lol. Next run will be only 1 plant and not as long of a veg.
