yeah your call though again do you even give 7.2 ph water to your plants or 5.5? because those are the ph values i see so i suspect these plants can regulate their internal ph just like millions of other species around.
ph in soil may effect the solubility of elements but that solubility also can be achieved by the plant by turning the rootzone acidic or basic to some degree. it wouldnt hurt to keep your ph in the prefered area but if its not extremely out of order i’d still say overwatering is a bigger problem than ph.
plus in soil what you water with doesnt really make a difference because soil ph is buffered and it would take a long long while for you to chance the ph of the medium by just watering with ph down/up water.
as i said this is for soil for hydro i’m guessing ph could be more important.

My tap water is set to 8.2 pH and ranges from 7.4 to 8.4. I've been using it to water soil plants for decades without any pH adjustment. As do millions of other people growing plants in soil. I never started to pH until I did hydro. I was kind of surprised when I started reading about people and their obsession with pH in soil on cannabis forums. Even in hydro there is a pretty wide range that is acceptable and will allow the plants to thrive.
