Not sure if I should take it out of there or not. I have another BBXHP going beside it. Actually want to back x it to the HP again but with cs not with a hermie. I have been spraying the BBXHP with cs and it still looks female no balls yet. And I am 100% sure the cs didn't get any were near the HP plant. Here is a pic of the BBXHP

Think ur sweating over nothing mate. No sacs yet, lots of pistils...ur in panic mode, relax and wait till you see real nutsacs

Any ideas guys what would you guys do ? I wanna do the back cross but worried I might get some hermy in the genetics. I guess the smart thing to do would be to eliminate the HP

Ya panicking a bit. Was suppose to be my last cross and back x. But worried I might be putting hermy genetics in the line. Not sure what to do. Just go with it and see if the cross comes out ok or ditch this attempt. And start over.

What? Start over? Are you high? ...dont answer that.ur fine dude. If it aint popped nuts at this point, under ur growing conditions, AND you haven't done or changed anything, ur fine. If you see one or 2 nanners, no big deal even then.

U guys don't think those might be nannars and might end up screwing the cross ? I am just thinking it's not worth chancing getting hermy genetics in the line of seeds. Anyway thanks for all the input guys !

Hermi gene is in there already, it's how sensitive the strain is that matters. Urs is NOT sensitive to ur growing conditions.

So what your saying is it's not expressing the hermie enough under my growing conditions .


Ok should of said don't want genetics in the line that easily expresses its self as hermit. Anyway I'm confused to whether it is even hermie or not. Looking at all the pics it looks like ball sacks opening up with pistols growing out of it. Just freaking weird. Never seen this before.

when i cross stuff if anything in the flower tent hermies i throw out the seeds because how would you know where the pollen came from?

not really for the hermie gene or anything just because it wouldnt be the cross i’m after.

Well that's kinda what I am saying. I wanted to back x the BBXHP to the HP, with the BBXHP being the donor. But if the HP is hermie and does drop pollen. I won't know which plant the pollen came from or which seeds are which.

yes thats what i mean too so i wouldnt do that but you might if you like you can run 100s of those seeds and pick one keeper which represent the best backcross traits you’re after but i don’t have the space or the time so in they go to the compost bin or even if kept they are labeled as a hermie run.
