Are the "EYE HORTILUX" bulbs worth the $$$?

i'm using home depot 400w hps bulb and got some good results

Man all i have to say is props to you...very tasty looking. i have to ask, how was the smoke after the dry/cure?

smoke is nice and smooth after drying for about 5 days and curing for about 3 weeks. it got me stuck on the couch...lol

Honestly, as long as it is in the right color spectrum, a bulb is a bulb. I myself would go for the cheaper one.

Thats the hole point the eye bulb has the blue and green,Spectrum So a bulb is not a bulb if you go with the cheap bulb...

The bulb is superior to almost any other your going to find and is so because it not only contains the red spectrum used for flowering but a ample supply of violet blue and green for max vegetative growth during flowering which results in more buds. It is expensive but if your going for the best this is pretty much it.

i however use a cheaper alternative that ive been quite happy with, its a HPS bulb with built in 30% blue spectrum its much cheaper and ive gotten some really amazing results with it and so has my friend. heres a link for you
