First attempt at cloning

I love the root growth as much as the plant growth. It's insane how much it changes one day to the next. 3ish days and the difference is crazy. Hoping this means my clone is gonna be a beast.

Ok guys and gals (possibility) I'm ready to make this little girl blow up and be the woman her mommy is lol. So we know this is my first clone and I've read about people keeping them little until the tents ready or whatever. I want to make sure I'm not doing anything that will hold her back it's explosion time. So what ppm or ec if you prefer would you be giving now? My light is at about 24" at 60ish% temp 78°-80° humidity is low so adding my huey now. Let me know please my gromies

Hey man, experiments are great teachers!. I've done some crazy shit trying to figure out stuff. Extreme PH swings, high heat with CO2, super feeding, under feeding, low temps at the end, etc. That's what make this hobby fun. ...or a living, depending on what State you live in.
Heck yeah!
I had these little top clones in rapid rooters in a glass, on a lid under a super-wide mouth jar. Put a paper towel over top to mellow the lighting.
There was water in the glass and I’d use a straw to blow air into it a couple times a day.
It worked and those things had less than a cm of stem. Fun stuff.
Have a 30-spot aero-cloner now- way easier!
(Whoops- pics went out of order)

No takers huh? Hmmm, well how bout this. I did a rez change and it was .850/EC. Or 425/PPM sound good, weak or to strong?

Ok cool thanks. I got 5 min b4 I can check on her, was figuring it may be a bit on the weak side. I'll see how she took it and maybe up it some depending
Nothing wrong with starting lower and working your way up. This round is my first set of clones. I've got two sets from two different plants. One was super easy to clone and the other way extremely fussy to get rooted and going. Both mothers are in flower and beautiful specimens.

I'd be feeding low ec until it started growing. My first feed with cuts is usually ~300ppm. They're tiny and just establishing themselves.

The first rez I mixed up on the 3rd was like 200ppm and the roots exploded I just didn't want to over do it this change but felt like it need a bit more

I just gauge it by the plant. You'll know when it's in grow mode. Sometimes when they get funky/bushy like that they can take some time to get going properly. When I cut I only leave 3 leaves max with 2 growing tips to keep it on track.
