Botrytis in my mom room

I found Petritis in my mom room now I believe every strain in my mom room has it. Here’s my question it’s a disease so these plants have it for life now correct? Assuming it’s a lot like powder mold once your plant has it you might as well get rid of all your genetics. Am I right to kill every thing sterile and start over. The reading I’ve been doing seems to be the copper soaps and different things only kind of prevent it but if I was to try to take cuttings and they’re in a dumb that’s moist most likely it will just come back out and be right back again. If anybody is ever had any experience with botrytis in there veg room please chime in. I obviously need to bump up my ventilation and fans in the mom room and most likely now clean the whole fucking thing and sterilize. If you have experience with this scenario please tell me if I can flower out all my clones that now possibly have it without having bud rot and everyone inside. All for indoor grow under LEDs but don’t want to waste my time would rather get fresh cuts from somewhere else if copper sprays will not keep it in check During flower

ive had botrytis and pm and those genetics still go on living and producing in my grows and because my environment is dialed in better now i dont see any symptoms

in your case that wet and green rockwool i assume is a breeding ground for fungi and that may be the source of your problems so trashing your genetics may not solve the issue

Management of the condition(s) that led you to have the problem is most important. Better airflow with consistent lower humidity will fix it. Cleaning up is always important. You cannot eliminate all sources of molds, but you can make your environment so it wont be susceptible.

Depending on where you are located, and if the genetics are impossible to replace, I would just try and put em outside for a while in containers with organic potting mix and let em fend for it, botrytis and spring time don’t mix so well if the temps are cool

So I have a lot of genetics I can’t replace. my question is if they go into a dialed 20x20 room I spray them with copper or sulfur they should flower fine correct ? I have aero cloner full right now I need to run in my 20x20 room of California raisins (biscotti x grape gas ) kinda wonder if they have it systemically though and if I will deal with bud rot. My environment is dialed and if I make sure to water less leave no standing water hoping I can run this round free of bud rot. I’ve never had botrytis other then a nug here and there In Flower .,. It basically spread through my veg room like PM botrytis ain’t no joke. I read Neem is good ipm I was using plant therapy or suff oil x. I think plant therapy is better because it have anti fungal properties with the essential oils rather than the suff oil x

Hard to stop once it's in the capillary system, anything else has to displace it.
I had good luck treating the outdoor area with this, add it to my planting medium, sprayed in early flower

PM isnt a death sentence. Stem rot like that picture is, though.

Do you have bigger moms that arent in rockwool that are also infected, what you've shown us is just a clone in rockwool. I have that happen sometimes when I'm cloning and I leave a dome on too long...I feel like that happens less often after I started using oasis cubes instead of rockwool.

I’m going to use micronized sulfur in the veg room for a knock down and go back to plant therapy in a month clean the shit out of the veg room get rid of stuff showing signs

i run a compost bin in the same grow room so i know there is a ton of spore in there with no fresh air intake that is. the outside is not much different either spores are everywhere. dialed in environment is the best.

I dont know that I would use sulfur. I'd probably spray h2o2 or something like ZeroTol
Sulfur is the cure for most things and it’s cheap I was dealing with mites so I was back to oils suff oil x but that doesn’t protect against molds and fungus. If I would have kept using plant therapy I wouldn’t be having these problems because the peppermint is anti fungal

Actually, SuffOil-X is labelled as a pesticide and fungicide. Also FYI, mixing oil based treatments with sulfur can cause a phytotoxic reaction and burn your plants.
