Someone please help. My seedlings are 14 days old and are developing yellow/ discolored spots and some droopy leaves

Hey Growmies! hoping I can get some help here, been growing for 3 years and first timing dealing with this. I’m running BioAll 365 soil, had them under a humidity dome for the first 10 days and they started getting spots around day 12. Light is a 200W mars hydro LED that is set to 25% strength at about 24 inches. All of them have the spots, some have it more than others. I noticed the girls on the left side are worse and they get better as you move to the right. Temps have been ranging from 67-80 F. Is this soil too hot? Am I overwatering? Did I leave the humidity dome on too long?
Watering with filtered brita water, haven’t started PHing it just yet but I believe my tap is in the 7.0-7.2 range before it goes through the filter. Never had a problem starting other runs before with this water though.

They look decent by and will grow out of it
I’m sure the dome wasn’t helpful

All your new growth looks decent. I think your fine. Just keep an eye on it.

Classic overwatering, weigh a cup of fresh soil and don’t water til they get below that weight. If those are solo cups it should be around 160 grams.

Have you used it before at this stage?

Never used it, FFOF has been my go to. The guy at my local grow store swore by it and told me it’d be fine to start seeds in. They have various soil products, and one specific for sprouting so might try that next time.

Have you let your medium gone too dry in some moment? I was dealing the similar thing and I can say it has nothing to do with light or nutrients, it is either high rootzone temp or underwatering damage…

looks like a deficiency, I'd not overwater & give a medium hard tapwater at pH 6.5
