That's cool, I can go to a couple other websites and come up with what it is SUPPOSED TO BE.
Isn't it funny that the quality breeders don't have strains that are supposed to be something or another ?
The fact still is no one knows, I think it might even be a question on their website and they give a BS answer to it. The only thingis it is listed under WHITE strain on their website.

Amen on that, with the Greenhouse Indica Pack's out, there really isn't a reason to buy Nirvana's at all. There are some quality seeds out there for the same or $10 - $20 more.

Dude I really don't know why you keep knocking nirvana. They are one of the oldest breeders in amsterdam. They provide some of the most stable genetics you can buy. I have used Serious, Greenhouse, and many others but Nirvana has come through for years. I have grown their seeds in lots of varied conditions and in different grow rooms. The plants are hardy, stress resistant, mildew and mold resistant.
Think of it like a tomato you can buy seeds of an heirloom variety but you run the risk of the tomatoes not being resistant to mold and pests. Old classics have been bred to have these resistances.
So I encourage experimentation with more exotic genetics. Often these provide exceptional smoke and great yields. With Nirvana you know what you are going to get. Call it the Ol' Reliable - - - please don't knock it all breeders have their place in the seed world. Different customers have different requirements

Why tell me not to knock on Nirvana and then you knock on other people ? Not everyone will agree with you, do you really expect everyone to ? Do you want everyone to eat, think and sleep the same way as you ? Read below and see what I think about everything.
That is my opinion on Nirvana and I'm allowed to have such an opinion. Until someone can convince otherwise then I'll state my opinion and if you don't agree with it, then that is fine, if you do agree with it that is fine. Taking things personally because someone doesn't agree with you shouldn't even matter. You have your opinion and that is fine, it doesn't bother me and you are allowed to express it on here.
That is what this board is for, to express different opinions. That way you may bring up something I never thought about and change my mind. You might bring up more reasons for me to stand firm in my opinion. It is all part of the learning process for me. That is all, nothing more, nothing less.
I'm not here to make people mad, or try to get everyone to agree with me, I just want to share my personal experience with others and have them share their experience with me. Like I said, that is what makes it a learning experience for me.
That is where I'm coming from.
If you've grown the better strains why even bother growing Nirvana ?
Why get upset with someone because they don't agree with you ?
I really do mean everything in the nicest way and hope you don't get mad about what I wrote. We are all friends here, that is how I feel, except for one person on here that hates me, I've kicked him out of my friends and family network.

Like I said I'm smoking some Haze from greenhouse right now. Don't blow things out of proportion either bro . . . I'm not an idiot.

Until I read this thread I was starting to buy into the idea that those who claimed that the lower priced strains were of unstable genetics were right. Now I believe that it's just something that people say. Many of those saying it have never actually grown the seeds they're complaining about. I don't think I'll bother with the higher priced seeds. I could always lie and say I bought the expensive ones anyway, I doubt that anybody could tell if someone posted pics of cheap seed plants and claimed they were primo seeds. I also believe that if I gained more experience growing I could get great results from cheap or moderately priced seeds. Just my two cents worth.

Its really about what kind of customer you are, if you want to grow some killer personal smoke, and smoke something few people have then go with Serious, Greenhouse, or for some newer stable breeding stock check out DNA. There is nothing wrong with Nirvana and lots of commercial growers would rather have a reliable high yielding strain as opposed to a more potent exotic strain. Most people who obtain your product will just know they are buying some "KB" and will not be concerned with where the seeds came from.
I just don't want people to think Nirvana sells second rate product, they don't . It is just a different type of product.
I said it once and I will say it again, Nirvana is Ol' Reliable I have been using them for years and know what I'm going to get every time.

ive grown out alot of nirvana seeds...ALOT..to damn many..i have had the occassional good plant ..here you are saying..well i grow nirvana to sell.but keep the good stuff for myself?WTF does that mean? is it any harder to clone a plant of good weed that will sell faster ..then a plant of mid grades? hell no..so why would you sell your customers anything but the best? who is trying to bull shit who?...let me tell you a thing or two about serious seeds..they only have FIVE types they carry and sell..all but the bubble gum is F1...they all have EXCELLENT HIGH'S EXCELLENT..and white russian is flat deadly..everyone of their strain's are consistant..and lots of other breeders are always copying them..like the how many differnt types of AK are there running around? why do you think they copy serious seeds AK ,white russian..several differnt types of chronic', bubble gum...everyone copys serious seeds..or breeds from their lines to make up their own plant? why do you think they do that?tell me again..how you grow nirvana for your customers...but grow the good shit for yourself?i think your full of shit dude..Is that statement out of experience?
