Could lst cause droopy leaves

this is my first grow
I currently have a blue dream cbd crack and purple punch all autos

my blue dream and cbd crack were suffering from light stress and yesterday I decided to try lst on my cbd
Now shes very droopy and leaves are very clawed while my blue dream looks much better
Should I remove the lst and gove her time to recover from light stress or just leave it as it is
(Also if this looks familiar I started a new thread since the old one had a different topic)

Looks like maybe nitrogen def and the light but not the lst I would watch my temps and humidity close and adjust the light to a more appropriate height or setting if dimmable

My temps range from 23-26 and ny RH is about 50%
I just raised my light yesterday and as for nutrients I havent really gjven them any since I was using a pre fertilised soil (14-16-18) but I was thinking about starting sensi bloom this week

In my current setup this is what I found as well. If I watered enough to saturate but not to the point of run off my plants get sad. I've found if I water to the point of run off all the problems go away, and it doesn't take much run off. The difference between saturated no run off and a small amount of run off is not very much water at all.
This is different than my last medium that I used for years. I'd saturate but not really care if run off happened or not and it was fine. Learning your medium is really part of the process so you can fine tune things.

Thanks a lot so next time I water I should just water till a little run off appears ?
Also does anyone know how long it will take for the plant to look healthy again ?

You have to first decide what you think the problem is and then act (imo).. Dont guess.

The look is a classic appearance of being watered too often imo. Part of the soil is too wet for too long. Whether or not you fully water the pots matters but not as much as whether or not you let them dry out before watering. You may be surprised how dry it can and should get before watering during veg.

The roots need to get back on track...they may not be far from it. A few days to a week it will bounce back if done correctly.

I'd let things dry out some and water to run off next time. I'd find a baseline for when the plant needs to be watered again, i.e. by touch, weight, ect. I'd then plan to water roughly around that same timeframe but checking each time to make sure I'm not over or under watering.
As a plant goes through it's life cycle it will need more water at times and less water at other times. Since this really is all up to the plant on timing I just watch for the changes and adjust. Hope this helps, good luck.

No LST does not cause leaves to droop.
