Biden and peppermint patty both said he will stand by his decision to nominate a black woman.

She does seem very qualified for the position but Biden is doing what he has always done which is discriminate by race. The only difference is in the past he has discriminated against black people and now he's discriminating against everybody except black women. Hopefully she doesn't turn out to be a diversity hire nightmare like Harris.

Chairman Durbin is closing and making positive comments.

A time of repair and no skin off GOPs nose they could easily come together and vote Judge Brown in; they won't.

Marsha Blackburn was more concerned about getting out on time she didn't even let Brown finish a complex question and then did some sort of stupid slam and 'I'm trying to keep time'- she has a plane to catch. Weird, not the first time I've heard her say that.
