Which sativa landrace?

Haha, I thought for sure you would be asking about the explosion/fire.

But I am thinking Ace Seeds Malawi. Should be a 15 week plus flower time on that one.

Second the Malawi. It's one I've been wanting to try since a few members on here been talking it up. ACE says it needs high light intensity or something along those lines. Potentially will be able to use more uv coming from nearer an equatorial area.

Ya I was curious but didn't want to pry

My last room was very simple it was just a 4x4 tent with with a 1000w digital ballast that could run either MH or HPS in. It was a simple but good little set up and I grew a shit load of weed in it.

I had just flipped my plants to 12/12 and the next day I got called away to work. While driving to work I realized that I had forgotten to pull the MH bulb out and put in the Hortilux HPS. So I asked my wife to do it for me.

I thought this would be an easy task for her since she had been helping me grow while I was away at work for the past couple years and I assumed she would know what I was asking her to do.

I was wrong. She pulled out the 1000w MH and replaced it with my 125w Compact Fluorescent light that I used for starting seedlings and small plants. It screwed into my air cooled hood because it had the same size threads as the 1000w HIDs did.

The next morning when the ballast turned on it exploded the CFL and started a fire. The only thing that saved my garage from burning down was the air cooled hood. It was sealed and after a short time the fire ran out of oxygen and put the fire out. We were very lucky.

But because the CFL had mercury in it, I threw out the plants, tent and all the equipment inside of it.

My wife felt aweful and told me I could build my dream grow room so 2 years and about $10k later here I am.

I am really looking forward to it. I have never grown any true landrace strains. This is what I built this room for. I want the weed no one else has.
