Help!!!

Hello all. This is only my second grow and I am having some problems. I'll start with my setup and conditions.
4 plants, 1 GDP, 2 Skittles, and 1 white widow. I vegged them in a 3x3 under an hlg300 rspec turned down to about 100-150 watts. They started in solo cups of happy frog then transplanted to 3 gallon cloth pot of happy frog/ocean forest mix.
When they were about two months old I transplanted to 7 gallon cloth pots of strawberry fields, per recommendation of the hydro store guy. I also moved them into a 5x5 under a hlg600 rspec and applied SCROG. I water them only when soil is dry several inches down which equates to about two days between each watering and nuted lightly with Fox farm bottle nutes once a week. They seemed to tolerate the transplant okay but did show burnt and very yellow tips, so I backed off of adding bottle nutes. They vegged in the new pots for about a week and half then I flipped them.
Now two weeks into flowering they are looking pretty sickly. Lots of pale and yellow leaves, the white widow also has rusty leaves. I'm very new to growing and colorblind, which has made spotting deficiencies tricky. Honestly I'm just wondering how do I fix this?Is it a deficiency or nute burn?

They don’t look too bad at all just back off the bottles nutrients for a little while. They actually look pretty good for a new grower in fox farm soils. The one pic with all the little dots looks like maybe pest so get a loop and look on bottoms of leaves for any pest. In soil they are very common. Your doing fine so far relax they are a long way from sickly plants from what I can tell by pics. The last 3 pics look like tiny dots when zoomed in so hopefully it’s just a easy pest problem

Thanks! It's funny I couldn't see the white dots at all with naked eye but after zooming in on pics I can definitely see them. Since they are in second week of flowering what would you recommend I apply to them? I was afraid this might happen so I asked dude at hydro store but all he had was some kind of aerosol Monsanto looking stuff.

If pest are found under the leafs try to find out what type they are and that will help narrow down what is best to be used. I’m sure some of the more seasoned guys on here know of some good effective treatments that can be used during flower. I’m pretty sure you can use SNS 209 or 203 during flower since they are mostly natural oils but not sure they would be effective until you know what your dealing with.
Hope you can figure it out and turn it around before it’s major problem
