What strain is that?
Its a strong light with a strong hotspot, i have mine raised as high as it can go. I got lots of tacoes, just try rotating plants around or raising/dimming light.Fellow updayday growers. I'm not overly concerned but I think somethings going on here. I believe my leaf fade is starting sooner then it should (3 weeks left) and some pretty hard leaf tacos. But the effected area seems to be the most directly under the light. Parts of plants off to the side are still very green and no tacos. Thinking I should raise the light. What are everyone else's thoughts?View attachment 5111295

Yep, I spin my plants 1/4 turn several times a day and it helps them. ( My lights have hotspots also) and a stronger fan blowing over the top helped too. I also criss cross colas and bend stalks so that they get as much side light as possible. Its a strong light with a strong hotspot, i have mine raised as high as it can go. I dident want to dim mine so i just threw all the tall colas to the sides so the hotspot is hitting all the unders now.
This light is wild. I ended up just turning it down to 40k luxx. still getting light tacoes, but i dont want to turn it down so far that the larf suffers.Yep, I spin my plants 1/4 turn several times a day and it helps them. Try running it with one plant directly under it. It’s murdering the plantMan this light is so strong… they could have spread the bars out alot farther and it would be amazing for a 4x4.
A 3x3 with co2 could pull 2g/w+ easily with this light.
I still cant believe i got it for like $80 or something on sale.
All 400w lights should be that cheap. Damn price gougers.
Have you turned the bars out away from the middle of the lightThis light is wild. I ended up just turning it down to 40k luxx. still getting light tacoes, but i dont want to turn it down so far that the larf suffers.
I was worried i was lighting the walls more than the plants, and if you turn them too hard, some of the light hits the other bars, so i keep them straight for max efficacy exept the outer bars, i tilt them out very slightly.Have you turned the bars out away from the middle of the light
I seen your profile pic in my notifications and knew I was about to see some bud. Perfect spear.Lights Not doing a bad job! Stuck an auto in there and left it. Very minimal work put in and great resultView attachment 5113727
Man the veg light is real yellow compared to the viparspectra p1000. The flower setting is definetly 1700k or lower spectrum, i feel the veg setting is not getting over 2500k color temp. not an issue for me though! I feel this is purley geared towards a flower light, but vegges nicely. Could be abit more white light for veg.Try running it with one plant directly under it. It’s murdering the plant
Also for pics try turning back to veg and then take a pic. All we see is yellow. I do this everyday to evaluate the plant
I left the veg light on after pictures too my gf took this pic while I was at work XD .. always have her send pictures just incaseI seen your profile pic in my notifications and knew I was about to see some bud. Perfect spear.
I dim my light down for pics and inspection. Switching to veg is prolly a better idea tho. As I have forgot to turn the light back up for 2 days before
