I figured out I have a mag deficiency and solved the ph and nutrients. I also got epsom salt as a spray my question is what ph should I make the spray? Does it matter?
Just mix it with tap water. No need to pH. Don't do it under direct light.I figured out I have a mag deficiency and solved the ph and nutrients. I also got epsom salt as a spray my question is what ph should I make the spray? Does it matter?
I’m using house and garden full line of nutrients for coco and ro water with calmag added to that. I obv don’t know for sure if that’s the case but they are still growing great other then some stripping on the leaves between the veins. The guy at the grow store said it could be due to not mixing nutrients daily and keeping them in clear 1 gallon jugs for a few days. So I’m starting to mix daily and will give a foliage spray until I can figure it out.Just mix it with tap water. No need to pH. Don't do it under direct light.
Are you sure you have a Mg deficiency and not nutrient antagonism hindering the uptake of Mg due to too much of something else?
Adding more things that they don't need will only exasperate your issues.I’m using house and garden full line of nutrients for coco and ro water with calmag added to that. There is plenty of Mg in the House and Garden base nutrients and you're adding calmag. I don't see how you could have a lack of Mg in your nutrients even using the RO water.I’m using house and garden full line of nutrients for coco and ro water with calmag added to that. I’m using Calmag because I’m using ro water to buffer the water. From my understanding this was a must and that you would have bad ph swings with just adding nutrients to ro waterThere is plenty of Mg in the House and Garden base nutrients and you're adding calmag. I’m not disagreeing with you btw I know adding to much calmag can lock nutrients out esp in coco. What would you recommend me do?Adding more things that they don't need will only exasperate your issues.
Reduce your lights.I’m not disagreeing with you btw I know adding to much calmag can lock nutrients out esp in coco. What would you recommend me do?
These are only 2 weeks from popping from coco
Lights are not the issue. My ppfd is only 400 so let me know how you think that would help? Maybe you know something I don’t.Reduce your lights.
You're measuring your PPFD with a phone app.Lights are not the issue. My ppfd is only 400 so let me know how you think that would help? Maybe you know something I don’t.
I told you that it was light stress a week ago. I don't care what your ppfd is.
It won't go away until you listen!
See I thought that to then got conflicted information about them being underfed. That’s kinda the problem hear although a great informative forum you will get 5 different answers to what worked for one person to the next. You're measuring your PPFD with a phone app.
They are also overfed for 2 weeks old.
Too much light and too high EC. And now you are foliar spraying CalMag.See I thought that to then got conflicted information about them being underfed
My light is only drawing 150 watts from the wall again doubtful that’s the issue and it’s like 3 feet away from canopy.I don't give a fuck what that says.. You plant is cooking!
Move the light and quit making multiple threads!!!
Not calmag epsom salt because it’s not a calcium deficiency from what I can see just a magnesium’sToo much light and too high EC. And now you are foliar spraying CalMag.
Looks like you're on your own then.. BYEMy light is only drawing 150 watts from the wall again doubtful that’s the issue and it’s like 3 feet away from canopy.
