GH to Dyna-Gro in RDWC, switch over thoughts.

Question for the experts, or at least those that might have done this before.

I plan to switch from GH Flora to Dyna-Gro FP/Bloom. I have two sets of plants going. 4x flowering 2-4 weeks from completion, and I figured I would finish them with GH like they have been in.

The second set are 8x clones/seedlings that have been in GH for only a month. I figured I would switch them with a coming water change but not sure exactly how much water to take out before adding Dyna in place of GH.

Below is a pic of the setup for reference. There's about 15-18 gallons combined in the two totes and the "control bucket".

Normally I just take out a few gallons and fill 'er up. Is that enough, or should I replace all the H2O (as much as I can), before adding Dyna FP?

full change and cleaning.
Hmm maybe I'll hold off for now then. Once the mama's are done flowering these will move into the "big tent" and into there own buckets. That might be the best time to switch since I can clean everything well before hand.

What is the prefer 'cleaning' method ?

I've used Foilage Pro in the past with good results but there's some compromises in its one-part formulation

DynaGro only has 0.5% Mg and .05% sulfur; depending on your water source, you may need to add some Epsom salt.

As a point of comparison, FloraNova has double the Calcium, 3x the Mg, and 40x more sulfur and is also a one-part nute
