... Looks good, nice job ...
Thanks Good Dr.
... Your scrogs are always inspiring ...
Et tois, Laughing Grass

I have not flowered a SCROG under the VL's - just some manifold grows. I believe I've ironed out the feed quantities and lighting intensity cause I have some pretty fat colas in there with 2 weeks still to go. So I am really looking forward to flowering this SCROG under the Timber COB's.

I enjoyed scrogging, Not so much all the work that goes with it. The slymer that I'm running are a a little leggy so I'm sure Amber will fill it out by the time she's done the stretch. Her chemdawg grow was gorgeous! What strain are you scrogging?

Yeah ... I guess there is a little bit more work with SCROG's than with manifolds. Lot's of lollipopping between Day 25 and Day 30 of flower then a shitload of trimming after chop. The one saving grace is that they come down at different times so I can stagger the trim.

On the left is the Blue Cheese (Blueberry & U.K. Cheese indica dominant hybrid) and on the right is the Red Diesel (NY Diesel & Cali Orange sativa dominant hybrid). Both are from Barney's Farm.

I have always like what Diesel's and Blueberry's did for me so selecting these strains was a no brainer. And I have been rolling both for almost 4 years. My friends and I have had a lot of great smokes from the results of those two little beans popped back in August 2018.

Both strains are easy to grow, both yield well and both give a real nice buzz. And lately I have been blending equal parts of each in my cones and getting the best of both worlds, as it were.

So is that why all the tops go white and rounded and furry cause they plants are actually still growing? 8-)

Respectfully good Dr. - we'll agree to disagree. I have read where others also do SCROG training when in flower. I weave while the ladies are still in VEG cause the branches are much more pliable. And I can fill each 2' x 2' section with plant material increasing the bud potential and ultimately final yields.

The SCROG nets are in place:

I anticipate some weaving to start this coming weekend:

horses for courses.

some people veg their plants then apply the screen at the switch to 12/12 so that during the transition to flower when the most stretch tends to happen they weave and bend their plants under the screen.

There are many ways to skin a cat lol.

hi Jondamon, thanks for stopping by . You are so right… there are so many ways ..Lol. I have only been doing this 10 years now and I know what I am doing. I have been following this same protocol for a long time . 5 weeks veg then flip to 12/12
And still fill the scrog screen up and weave way into 5 weeks of flowering . I am very aggressively scrogging way into weeks of flowing .

Not really diggin the output on my one drip ring so placed an order for a new one. I need to take care of this ASAP because I will have to take off the scrog screen. I also ordered a new watering can for the coco girls.:p53790066-6D23-430A-BC8B-715E4DC82CF7.jpeg25913EED-1FA2-4656-B720-B8C16D125378.jpeg

Took off screen and replaced the drip ring. Did a full Rez change and cleaned the back bucket of the big Bob . Bob is a heavy eater. Gave 550 and pulled 210. Did Lots of defoliation in the bottom …pulling small budding sites and thin branches. They are flexible and Nice and pliable … Looking so good right now..Love the color and healthy look. :D Very happy with the way things are progressing!:leaf:end of first week of flower…
Cheers

It is a good thing you were going to weave during flower. You would have been screwed if you had woven during VEG.

Lol, you read that correctly! Yes I am going into flowering so that means no more VEG. I will be spreading the girls wide and weaving branches. Plants still actually grow during flowering. It’s a wonderful thing.
Hi Dr they're looking nice!
I don't veg with the net either I also wait until after flipping to net them down :bigjoint:

Got super humid in the tent from all the rain falling in the fertile California Central Valley. EPIC grow conditions. The harvests this spring and summer are going to be off the charts delicious. Thrilled I moved here at the Perfect time. When I was in Florida and I heard about that massive snow storm back in December….. i had this feeling like Cali is back and going to get real wet and I want to be there when it happens.. i made it here and it’s happening!! I am super excited about these weather conditions and my plants are freaking LOVING it. Putting the coco girls on the floor of the tent was a game changer. They totally freaked out and stretched and grew just as I wanted. This is so awesome !:weed:
Cheers

There is a lot going on now.
The 2 Chernobyl are quite different.
One has longer sativa leaves than the other.
The one with the sativa leaves is bigger and was started earlier. Her PH runs around 6.2 while the Indica bushier one Ph was 5.8. They are eating about the same amount of food at this point.

The coco plants are all stacked at different heights at this point.
The Wedding Cake has really stretched since lowering to the floor. Too much for my liking, so I placed her on a bucket in the back right side of the tent.
The runt Chem Dawg is still sitting on a white iron pedestal and the Northern Lights is on another Bucket for a boost.
So there are many different stages of growth going on and it makes it quiet interesting.

I will follow this post with some images of what I am talking about. I also got my New Vape pen today. Its a Crafty + by Storz and Bickle. I really like it so far. I am not a fan of their web site and customer service but the product is solid.
The postman dropped it off today and had to get a signature for it. The packaging had Storz and Bickels name on it and from Oakland, CA. It caught the Postmans attention and he had to say something about it. he is the same one who lost the seeds. Go figure,.......:cuss: RIGHT!
